  • You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received your order, please contact UPS. Please understand that we can’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order.
